Some foreign visitors need entrance visa to the People's Republic of China. For people need the entrance visa, please fill the form for getting invitation letter from the Ministry of Agriculture, P.R. China and to do the following to obtain the visa:
Mail or fax your Registration and Form for Letter of Invitation to organizer.
Upon receipt of your Registration and Form for Letter of Invitation, the organizer will send you an official Letter of Invitation for visa application.
Request a visa application from the nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your country.
Fill out the visa application and forward your passport, extra passport photograph, Letter of Invitation, and appropriate visa fee to the nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your country.
