Ingredients:
Potato 400g, pork 75g, green pepper 150g
Seasonings:
Onion, ginger, garlic and coriander to taste
Preparation:
1. Slice potatoes, pork and green pepper. Heat oil in a pan and fry green onion and garlic until they give off aroma.
Add pork and stir-fry, then add a little soy sauce.
2. Fry potato slices in a wok until medium done, then add green pepper and fry together until cooked. Remove and serve.
