Ingredients:
Big scallops 5, potato noodles 30g
Seasonings:
Salt 2g, garlic 10g, green onion 5g, paprika powder 2g, cooking wine 15g, light soy sauce 15g,
vegetable oil 10g
Preparation:
1. Clean the scallops and put them into the steamer.
2. Put the potato noodles in cold water for about 20 minutes. Lay out the noodles round the scallops in the steamer.
3. Mix the light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt and paprika powder together to make a juice. Fry the garlic in hot oil
until it turns yellow. Pour the juice, garlic powder and oil onto the
scallops.
