Ingredients:
Potato 400g, small amount of green pepper and red pepper

Seasonings:
Salad oil 50g, vinegar 5g, green onion 3g, ginger 3g, salt 1g

Preparation:
1. Peel and shred potatoes into strings. Boil water and add potato strings in to boil for half mature. Remove and set aside.

2. Heat salad oil in another wok. Fry green onion and ginger until it gives off aroma.

3. Add the potato strings, green pepper and red pepper and quick-fry. Add seasonings to taste, and add a little vinegar before removing from heat.
