Ingredients
Potato 600g, preserved ham 200g, radish 300g.

Seasonings
Cilantro 20g, garlic sprout 30g, horse beans 20g, ginger 10g, dried pepper 100g, Chinese prickly ash 40g, salt 4g, gourmet power 3g, soy sauce 10g, vegetable oil 50g.

Preparation
1. cut potatoes, preserved ham and radish into 6 com long strips.
2. Fry ginger, garlic and horse beans, then add potatoes and preserved ham strips. Stir-fry together and add a little water to stew with seasonings. When well cooked, add radish, garlic sprouts, fried dried pepper and Chinese prickly ash.
3. Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
