Ingredients
Potato 300g, linseed oil 20g

Seasonings
Brined vegetable 100g, soy-pickled vegetables 100g, pickled vegetable 50g.

Preparation
1. Peel and slice potato, then putin water to remove starch. Remove and drain.
2. Heat the pan, add oil and fry the potato slices. When potato slices turn yellow, add a little water, cover the pan, reduce to medium heat and stew for 2 minutes.
3. Sprinkle the potatoes with linseed oil, cover the pan and fry the other side of potato pieces until goldden brown. Serve with brined, soy-pickled or picked vegetables.
